The Portuguese Chicken Mix brings zesty lemon, paprika and oregano with buildable chilli warmth—think weeknight tray bakes to BBQ skewers, fast.

How to use
- For quick rubs: 1 heaped tsp (~3g) per 250–300g protein or veg. Add olive oil + a squeeze of lemon.
- For deeper flavour: marinate 15–30 min (or overnight), then roast, grill or pan-fry.
- Finish with a fresh squeeze of lemon and a pinch more mix.

How spicy is it?
Buildable. Use 1 tsp for a gentle glow; add more for proper kick. Balance with lemon or yoghurt if you overdo it.
Dry rub or marinade?
Both work. For a rub, toss with oil and cook straight away. For a marinade, add lemon + oil and rest 15–30 min for juicier chicken.
Oven temps & tips?
Roast at 200°C (fan 180°C) until golden, or grill/BBQ on medium-high. Don’t overcrowd the tray; finish with fresh lemon.
