Bake your drained, rinsed & air-dried chickpeas naked for 10min at 200C. Add a drizzle of olive oil & the Roasted Chickpea Mix. Toss to coat & roast for 15-20min. Crunch away! Recommended: 3 tsp spice mix on 1 can of chickpeas.
