We ship Australia-wide, fast. Every parcel is tracked. If anything arrives not-so-nice, we’ll make it right.

Rates (Australia)

  • Standard: $9
  • Express: $15
  • Free Shipping: orders $84+

Free shipping applies to the cart subtotal after discounts.

Processing & dispatch
  • Orders are packed within 1–2 business days from the time of your order.
  • We don’t pack on weekends or public holidays.
  • Every order is sent as a tracked parcel.
Delivery timing
  • Standard: typically 5–10 working days for parcels/letters.
  • Express: usually 1–2 working days from when you receive your tracking number.
  • Rural/remote addresses can take a little longer.
Tracking your order
  • You’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to live updates.
  • Please check your tracking before contacting us for delivery ETAs.
Carriers & service notes
  • We ship with reputable carriers—often Australia Post or Sendle.
  • No weekend or public-holiday operations for AusPost or Sendle.
  • PO Boxes/Parcel Lockers are fine for AusPost services.
Local pick up (Mordialloc, VIC)
  • Select Local Pick Up at checkout.
  • Allow up to 2 working days to receive your “ready for pickup” email with exact collection details.
  • Pickup location: Mordialloc, Victoria.
International shipping

Right now we ship within Australia only.

Damaged, missing or incorrect items
  • If something arrives damaged or your parcel is missing, email hello@spicetub.com.au within 7 days of delivery/ETA with your order number and a quick photo.
  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund quickly.
Returns & refunds
  • Food products must be unopened and unused for a change-of-mind return.
  • Request a return within 14 days of delivery: hello@spicetub.com.au.
  • Return shipping for change-of-mind is at the buyer’s cost. Refunds go to the original payment method once received and inspected (allow 3–5 business days to appear).
  • Faulty/damaged items are refunded or replaced on us.
