How to use
- Use your fingers: for a big oven tray of veggies, add 2 generous pinches (toss with oil).
- Taste halfway: pull a chip/veg and taste; add another pinch if needed — keep working in pinches, not spoons.
- Finish with a pinch: after cooking, add a light final pinch for aroma. For soups/sauces, start with a pinch per serve and adjust.
Flavour notes
Herby garlic, paprika and cumin with a gentle cayenne glow—salt & pepper, but better. A mild, everyday staple.

Is it spicy?
Mild and family-friendly. There’s a touch of cayenne—use more for extra warmth, less for a gentler finish.
Air-fryer or oven?
Both. For chippies, air-fry at 200°C (shake halfway) or roast at 200°C (fan 180°C) until crisp and golden.
Can I use it in sauces?
Yes—stir into tomato or cream sauces, or sprinkle into broth for instant savoury lift.
Is it gluten-free?
We don’t add gluten. We’re not gluten-free certified and don’t lab-test every batch, so cross-contact can occur in the supply chain.
