Smashed Broccoli Bites
This is how broccoli becomes the main character.

They look a little fancy, but couldn’t be easier to make. Just boil, smash, season and bake. That’s it. No complicated prep, no long ingredient list - just simple, flavour-packed goodness.

INGREDIENTS
1 head broccoli, cut into florets
Olive oil
SPICETUB Avo Smash Mix
Parmesan
Greek yoghurt
METHOD
Preheat oven to 180°C. Boil broccoli florets until soft enough to smash. Drain well. Meanwhile, mix olive oil + Spicetub Avo Smash Mix (to your taste).
Place florets on baking paper. Add another sheet on top and gently press down with a glass to flatten. Remove top sheet. Brush with the oil mix and sprinkle generously with parmesan.
Bake at 180°C for 10–15 mins, until golden and the cheese is melted.
While the broccoli bites are baking, mix Greek yoghurt + a drizzle of olive oil + Spicetub Avo Smash Mix for the dreamiest dip.
Spoon over the crispy broccoli and enjoy!
