High Protein Veggie Wrap

High Protein Veggie Wrap

Wrap genius is right. This high protein zucchini wrap is what happens when a zucchini slice, a fritter and a wrap all come together - and somehow get even better.
Instead of using a regular wrap, you’re turning veggies + cheese into the base itself. It’s a simple healthy wrap alternative that’s packed with protein, full of flavour and actually holds together.
Grated carrot and zucchini bake into a golden, cheesy layer that becomes your wrap, then you load it up with whatever you’ve got - think tuna, chicken, cottage cheese, fresh veggies. It’s one of those easy high protein lunch ideas you’ll keep coming back to.
Perfect for meal prep, quick lunches or when you want something lighter but still properly satisfying. And once you try it… regular wraps won’t quite hit the same.

Watch it come together in the reel below - this one’s a good one.

INGREDIENTS

1 carrot, grated
1 zucchini, grated
1 egg
1 cup grated cheese
Generous sprinkle SPICETUB Egg Master

Filling options:
Cottage cheese
Lettuce
Tuna (or shredded chicken)
Red onion
Cucumber
Tomato
Avocado

METHOD

Preheat oven to 180°C and line a tray with baking paper. Grate the carrot and zucchini, then squeeze out as much excess water as possible (this step is key for structure). Mix with the egg, grated cheese and a generous sprinkle of SPICETUB Egg Master. Spread evenly onto the tray and bake for around 20 minutes, or until golden and holding its shape. Allow to cool slightly, then fill along one side with your choice of protein, veggies and spreads. Roll gently into a wrap, slice in half and enjoy.
