High Protein 10-Minute Egg Wrap

Golden eggs, juicy chicken, melty cheese - all wrapped up into one high-protein, ridiculously easy breakfast you’ll want on repeat.

It’s quick, satisfying, and comes together in under 10 minutes (yes, really).

INGREDIENTS (1 wrap)
3 eggs
2 tbsp cottage cheese
Generous sprinkle of Spicetub Egg Master
1 large burrito wrap
Rotisserie chicken OR 1 chicken breast, cooked & shredded
Handful tasty cheese, grated
Handful spinach & rocket mix
1/2 tbsp red onion, finely diced

METHOD

Whisk together the eggs, cottage cheese and Spicetub Egg Master. Pour into a non-stick pan over medium heat. Once the eggs are just starting to set, place the wrap directly on top and press down gently. Flip so that wrap is now on the bottom and toast until golden. Remove from the pan, add chicken, cheese, greens & onion, roll and enjoy immediately.
