Guacamole Cups
This is how a simple snack turns into the first thing gone on the table.
Crispy tortilla cups filled with fresh, zesty guac - creamy, crunchy, a little tangy and packed with flavour. These ones don’t last long.
They look impressive, but couldn’t be easier. Bake, mix, fill - done. No complicated prep, just a quick snack that delivers every time.
Perfect for entertaining, sharing… or just making sure you get one before they disappear. And once you try them like this… plain guac and chips won’t quite cut it anymore.

INGREDIENTS
Tortilla wraps
1 ripe avocado
Cherry tomatoes, diced
Red onion, finely chopped
Fresh coriander
Squeeze of lime
Generous sprinkle SPICETUB Avo Smash Mix
METHOD
Preheat oven to 180°C. Cut tortillas into rounds and press into a mini muffin tin to form cups. Bake for around 25 minutes or until golden and crispy. Allow to cool completely.
In a bowl, mash the avocado and mix through cherry tomatoes, red onion, coriander, lime juice and a generous sprinkle of SPICETUB Avo Smash Mix.
Spoon into the tortilla cups just before serving and enjoy.
