Egg Sanga

Egg Sanga

This is how a classic egg sandwich gets a proper upgrade.

Creamy eggs, a bit of crunch, fresh herbs and a squeeze of lemon that cuts through just right - this one hits that perfect balance of rich, fresh and a little tangy.

It looks like you’ve gone all out, but it couldn’t be easier. A quick mix, a bit of chopping, sandwich it up and you’re done. No fuss, just big flavour from simple ingredients.

Perfect for breakfast, lunch or one of those “what do I even make” moments - this one always delivers.

3 eggs
2 tbsp yoghurt
1 tsp mustard
1 pinch SPICETUB Egg Master
1 celery stalk, finely chopped
½ tbsp fresh dill, chopped
Squeeze of lemon juice
Bread of choice (+ butter optional)

METHOD

Boil the eggs, then separate the yolks from the whites. Mash the yolks with yoghurt, mustard, lemon juice and SPICETUB Egg Master until smooth and creamy.
Chop the egg whites and fold through with the celery and dill.
