Makes 12 halves
Bring a pot of water to the boil. Gently add the eggs and boil for 9 minutes. Drain and let cold water run over the cooked eggs to seize the cooking process and cool them down. Once cooled down completely, gently peel the eggs making sure they keep their shape. Cut them into halves length wise and scoop out the egg yolks into a separate bowl. Add the mayonnaise & SPICETUB Roasted Chickpea Mix to the bowl of egg yolks and mix until smooth. Fill the egg white halves with the mixture and garnish with finely chopped fresh chives.
