Preheat oven to 180C.
To make the garlic butter, mix the butter (softened), parmesan and SPICETUB Mushroom Medley Mix to create a smooth consistency. Cut the baguette into small pieces without actually cutting through the bread. Spread the butter into the spaces between each piece until all gaps have been filled with garlic butter. Place in the oven for 15 minutes or until the butter has melted into the bread and the bread is golden and crispy.
