Cheesy Carrot Sticks

Cheesy Carrot Sticks

This is how carrots become completely addictive.
Crispy cheesy edges, golden bubbling parmesan, and that herby, savoury hit that makes you question why you ever ate them any other way - these carrot sticks are anything but basic.
They’ve got that “wait… why are these better than chips??” energy, and once you start, good luck stopping.
They look a little fancy, but couldn’t be easier to make. Just coat, layer, bake and break into sticks. That’s it. No complicated prep, no long ingredient list - just simple, flavour-packed goodness.
Whether you’re after a snack, a side, or something to bring to the table that disappears instantly, this one delivers. Crispy, cheesy, a little tangy from the dip, and seriously moreish.

And once you try carrots like this… plain steamed ones just aren’t going to cut it anymore.

INGREDIENTS

2 carrots, peeled & cut into sticks
1 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp Parmesan
SPICETUB Veggie Master
½ cup cheese, grated
¼ cup Greek yoghurt
Juice of ¼ lemon

METHOD

Preheat oven to 170°C. In a bowl, mix olive oil, 2 tbsp Parmesan and a generous pinch of Spicetub Veggie Master into a paste. Add the carrot sticks and toss to coat evenly.

On a tray lined with baking paper, spread the grated cheese and remaining Parmesan into an even layer. Place the coated carrot sticks on top.

Bake at 170°C for around 20 minutes, until the cheese is melted, golden and bubbling. Let cool completely, then break into individual sticks.

Meanwhile, mix Greek yoghurt, lemon juice and another generous pinch of Spicetub Veggie Master for the dip.

Serve, dip, and try not to eat them straight off the tray 😏
