BBQ Garlic Prawns

Spice up your BBQ with our Garlic Prawns featuring a twist of SPICETUB's Mushroom Medley Mix! These prawns aren't just grilling; they're dancing in a flavour explosion of garlic! Imagine succulent prawns kissed by savoury spices, with a garlicky kick that's more addictive than your favourite catchy tune!

Makes 24 skewers


Skewers 24 king prawns, peeled with tails on
120g butter, unsalted, melted
2 tbsp olive oil
4 tsp SPICETUB Mushroom Medley Mix
1 lemon
Fresh parsley


Take one prawn at a time, thread lengthwise onto the skewer. Repeat for all prawns. In a small bowl, add melted butter, olive oil, SPICETUB Mushroom Medley Mix and the juice of the lemon. Mix to combine.
Place the skewered prawns in a container and pour the butter mixture over the top making sure all prawns are coated. Cover & let marinate in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight.
When ready to cook, preheat barbeque. Grill prawns turning frequently for 5 to 6 minutes until charred and cooked. Drizzle with the remaining marinade and serve.
