Serves 2 | Prep Time 5min | Total Time 5min

4 frozen bananas, peeled and chopped
1 cup coconut milk
3 medjool dates, pitted
2 tsp SPICETUB Porridge Master
2 tbsp almond butter
1⁄2 tsp sea salt

1 fresh banana, sliced
1 tbsp cacao nibs
1 tbsp almonds, crushed
1 tbsp nut butter of choice
1 tbsp toasted coconut chips

Add your frozen banana, coconut milk, medjool dates, SPICETUB Porridge Master, almond butter and sea salt to your blender. This works best in a top loading blender like a Vitamix. If you have something smaller like a NutriBullet, you may need to shake the mix a couple of times to ensure it blends evenly. Avoid adding too much liquid as you want it to be as thick as possible. Blend until a smooth, thick and creamy consistency forms.
Pour into your bowl and add your toppings. Dig in and enjoy!

Top tip: It melts quickly so be sure to eat it straight away to enjoy the best ice-cream like texture!
