Serves 4 |   Prep time 10 mins | Total time 30 mins

2 tbsp honey
Sprinkle of SPICETUB Chilli Scrambled Egg Mix
2 squares puff pastry, thawed
10-12 salami slices
1 ball mozzarella cheese
1 cup pizza cheese
1/4 cup pizza sauce
1 egg, beaten
Fresh Basil to serve

Preheat oven to 200C. Line an oven tray with baking paper. Drizzle a generous amount of honey onto the baking tray in a rectangle, slightly smaller than the pastry sheets. Sprinkle with SPICETUB Chilli Scrambled Egg Mix. Arrange salami on top, overlapping, followed by the mozzarella and pizza cheese. Join your two squares of puff pasty together along one size by overlapping the edge to form a large rectangle. Spread the pizza sauce onto the pastry and then flip the pastry onto the toppings (sauce side down). Press down edges to seal and brush with the beaten egg. Bake in the oven for 15-20 mins, or until the pastry is golden and the honey is bubbling. Spoon excess liquid into a bowl and wait 5mins. Carefully flip the pastry and peel away baking paper. Drizzle with excess liquid from earlier and top with fresh basil. Slice, serve and ENJOY !!!!
