INGREDIENTS
1 Lebanese cucumber, grated
Lemon rind from 1/2 lemon
1 cup Greek yoghurt
1/2 tbsp olive oil
~ 1/2-1 tsp SPICETUB Mushroom Medley Mix (to taste)
[Corn chips]
2 wraps
Drizzle olive oil
Pinch SPICETUB Mushroom Medley Mix
METHOD
Lemon rind from 1/2 lemon
1 cup Greek yoghurt
1/2 tbsp olive oil
~ 1/2-1 tsp SPICETUB Mushroom Medley Mix (to taste)
[Corn chips]

METHOD
Make sure to squeeze all moisture out of the grated cucumber, then mix all tzatziki ingredients in a bowl and season to taste.
For the corn chips, cut the wraps into small triangle shapes, toss in olive oil and spice mix and spread out on a baking tray lined with baking paper. They shouldn’t overlap to ensure even baking. Bake in the oven or airfryer at 180C until golden brown and crunchy. Please check frequently as they can burn quickly! Enjoy!
