Garlic butter in 5 minutes!

Look, we are not literally going to be making our own butter here, BUT we are going to transform your ordinary piece of butter into a flavour explosion with just one more ingredient! Close your eyes while trying it on a piece of fresh sourdough and try telling me you are not immediately seeing yourself at a summer BBQ snacking on the best garlic bread ever! Go on, below is the how to!

Garlic Butter 

Transforms a whole 250g block of butter | Total Time 5min

INGREDIENTS

250g block of unsalted butter
2 tsp SPICETUB Mushroom Medley Mix
Your favourite bread

METHOD


Make sure that the butter is at room temperature or even slightly softer, so it is easy to smoosh together with a fork or potato masher. Sprinkle your SPICETUB Mushroom Medley Mix into the butter and mix until well combined. I like to then let it harden slightly to cut into small cubes that can be stored easily, either in the fridge or even the freezer for another occasion. Toast a few slices of your favourite bread, spread your garlic butter and enjoy! Such a crowd pleaser!
