Okay but cutting your egg horizontally?? Why have I never done this before. This simple egg sandwich hack turns hard boiled eggs into the easiest high-protein snack or lunch - no bread needed. It’s one of those small tweaks that makes something basic feel like a proper meal.
I filled mine with cream cheese, lettuce, shredded chicken (hello extra protein), tomato and a good sprinkle of Veggie Master and it just WORKS. Creamy, fresh, a little crunchy - everything you want in a quick bite.
The best part? You can completely mix it up depending on what you’ve got.
Use Avo Smash Mix for an avo + egg combo, Chilli Scrambled Egg Mix for a bit of heat, or Egg Master if you want that classic “salt & pepper but better” flavour.

Same goes for fillings - tuna, smoked salmon, leftover chicken, different greens… it’s an easy meal prep idea or quick lunch you can throw together in minutes.

So simple, but feels like you’ve actually made something… not just eating eggs straight up lol. And once you try it… you won’t unsee it.

INGREDIENTS 

Hard boiled eggs
Cream cheese
Lettuce
Shredded chicken
Tomato

METHOD

Slice the hard boiled eggs horizontally. Layer with cream cheese, lettuce, shredded chicken, tomato and a sprinkle of SPICETUB Veggie Master. Gently sandwich together, skewer if you like to hold together and to serve up… and enjoy.
