Classic Chilli Scrambled Eggs

Classic Chilli Scrambled Eggs

Chilli Scrambled Eggs is definitely one of those menu items that I loooove finding on a café menu. I am such a sweet tooth but in the mornings I always (98% of the time) opt for savoury options and a good chilli hit is such a great pick-me-up to start the day!
So how can we re-create such a banger of a café lover at home?
Easy peasy, keep scrolling and I will show you my way of cooking up the creamiest scrambled eggs with the kick of heat that we all want thanks to SPICETUB Chilli Scrambled Egg Mix

Chilli Scramble
Serves 1

INGREDIENTS

2 eggs
dash of your favourite milk
2 tsp of butter
1/2 tbsp parmesan cheese, grated
1 slice of your favourite bread
1/2 tsp of SPICETUB Chilli Scrambled Egg Mix (plus a little more to sprinkle)

METHOD

Place a small frying pan on your stove and heat up on low-medium heat. Add 1 tsp of butter into the pan to melt.
In a small bowl whisk your eggs with a fork, stirring through the milk combining to one mixture. Add SPICETUB Chilli Scrambled Egg Mix and combine. If you are super brave, feel free to sprinkle more.
Place your bread into the toaster. Pour the egg mixture into the hot frying pan. While the eggs are slowly cooking and firming, keep stirring & folding the mixture over for about 3min, making sure that the eggs don't catch on the bottom of the pan and cook evenly.
Butter your toast with the remaining butter, sprinkle with half of the parmesan cheese. Top with your chilli scrambled egg mixture. Sprinkle the rest of the parmesan on top and some extra SPICETUB Chilli Scrambled Egg Mix (if you can handle it). Enjoy!
