Makes 8 donut holes

INGREDIENTS
1 large banana (=1/2 cup)
3/4 cup self-raising flour
2 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp sugar

METHOD

Mash the banana and mix with the flour. Roll into small balls, if too sticky, add a dash of coconut oil onto your hands to roll them. Spray oil the air fryer basket and place the oiled donut holes into the air fryer. Air fry at 180C for 7 minutes or until golden. Meanwhile make the cinnamon sugar by mixing the sugar and spice mix. Toss the donut holes in the coconut oil to make the cinnamon sugar stick. Roll in the cinnamon sugar and enjoy.
