Get ready to awaken your taste buds and impress your guests with this easy, crunchy, and oh-so-delicious salad that's taking the culinary world by storm. Let's dive in!

Serves 1
INGREDIENTS
4-5 qukes or small cucumbers
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
Dash sesame oil
2 tsp honey
2 tsp SPICETUB Asian Greens Mix
2 chopsticks

METHOD

Place the cucumber in between the chopsticks which will prevent you from cutting the whole cucumber. Cut small "almost-slices" in a 45 degree angle, turn the cucumber around and then cut small "almost slices" in a straight position. Place the cucumbers into a bowl, rub salt on them and leave 10-15min until moisture comes out. Rinse them thoroughly and wash all the salt off. While the cucumbers are sat aside, mix all ingredients together for the dressing. Combine washed cucumbers and dressing and enjoy!
