Anna has come up with the most delicious pikelets recipe using our Apple Crumble Mix and this will make your whole family HAPPY! Whether it is for your kiddies' lunch box, as a quick dessert or just your mid arvo snack, these pikelets are your new staple. Enjoy!
Makes 10 small pikelets or 6 pancakes | Prep Time 5min | Total Time 15min
INGREDIENTS
1 cup self-raising flour
1 tbsp SPICETUB Apple Crumble Mix
1 tbsp caster sugar
1 cup milk
1 tbsp oil
1-2 apples, diced
METHOD
Combine all the dry ingredients, then add the milk, oil and apples. Then combine again until everything is well mixed. Heat a pan to medium to low heat and cook spoonfuls of the mixture at a time. Cooking for 1-2 minutes each side. Eat straight away or store in container and eat tomorrow. Enjoy!
