Apple & Cinnamon Oats

There is not much more comforting in the colder winter mornings than warm apple & cinnamon oats, is there? Beautiful Bella from @enrichnutrition has created a hug in a bowl loaded with the spice favourite cinnamon! Enjoy and stay warm, family.

Apple & Cinnamon Oats
Apple & Cinnamon Oats
Serves 1 | Prep time: 5min | Total time: 10min

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup rolled oats
1 cup almond milk
1/2 apple, diced
1 tsp SPICETUB Apple Crumble Mix
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Toppings: 1/2 apple, 1 tbsp peanut butter, maple syrup & a sprinkle of SPICETUB Apple Crumble Mix


METHOD


Place the oats, apple and almond milk in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring continuously. Once the oats are looking thick and creamy, add in the Apple Crumble Mix and cinnamon. Continue to cook until the oats reach your desired texture, adding a splash of extra milk if need be. Top with more apple, spice mix and peanut butter. Enjoy!
